Northwest Arkansas Relief Fund
A partnership for Northwest Arkansas cities and citizensOur Response
When disaster strikes Northwest Arkansas—whether through storms, floods, fires, or other emergencies—families and communities are often left facing immense loss and disruption. In those moments, immediate and coordinated support is critical.
The Northwest Arkansas Disaster Relief Fund exists to provide rapid, short-term financial assistance to local households impacted by disaster, as well as to the nonprofit organizations working on the front lines of relief and recovery. Families will also receive customized support plans to connect them with vital resources—such as food, shelter, clothing, and housing assistance—to help them regain stability as quickly as possible.
Who?
In the days following any storm, there have been many calls by the community to create a way for residents to donate to the ongoing relief efforts. In response, the Northwest Arkansas Relief Fund has been created to provide a central and local resource for those that want to contribute.
How?
The fund is administered by Excellerate Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity. Excellerate covers all administrative costs, ensuring that 100% of donated funds go directly to impacted households and local nonprofit responders.
When?
The fund is activated in response to qualifying disasters in the Northwest Arkansas region. Distribution of support to families and nonprofits begins as soon as assessments are made and community needs are identified. We are grateful for your support in helping keep Northwest Arkansas safe, supported, and resilient—no matter what comes our way.
